Earrings pictures...

I finally found the camera between the couch cushions. Big surprise there considering that we lose EVERYTHING in the couch cushions.
Charlotte let me snap a few pictures of her before she got too annoyed with me. I also included an old picture I just came across. My baby has grown so much!

Earrings...

Guess who got earrings yesterday? Not the clip ons either....
We were shopping yesterday and she LOVES earrings so when we walked past the Claire's, we stopped. I decided to just get her ears pierced and she was all for it until the lady came towards her with the pen to mark the holes. Charlotte's was so pissed off at me for holding her still. But she is SO happy about the results.
I can't find our camera, so I'll post pictures asap.

Birthday Hat

Charlotte's class had a birthday party for her and all day she wore this cute hat. She's so little and it was hilarious to walk into the class and see her wearing it.
Unfortunately, I forgot to bring the camera while we were there and put it back on her once we got home. She's hamming it up for the camera.

"Tony" Bear

I have an Account Rep in Sweden named Tony and he came to IMMI last week for business. When I had Charlotte, he had brought a bear as a gift for her. Two years later, we still have it.
On Tuesday, Charlotte and I went to work to see him before he left. For some reason, she started looking for him after we told him bye. She kept asking, "Where Tony go?". It was hilarious. We met up with him later in the hallway and she exclaimed, "There Tony!". She's been playing with the "Tony" bear since.

Halloween Party

My work (Interactive Intelligence) had a Halloween party for the employees' families, so Mai Kou and Charlotte came down to join in the fun. Charlotte got to decorate a cupcake, but instead decided she would just eat the toppings:




Then Charlotte decided she wanted to see the animals and even ride a horse. Just two months ago she screamed when we put her on the horse, but this time she loved it. She rode the horses three or four times:

Growing up and Timeouts

Charlotte is getting older! She completely understands when she does something bad and will go to timeout when we ask her to. She had one previously today after refusing to eat lunch. Just a bit ago, I caught her playing with the outlet. I told her that she had to have a timeout. She just walked/ran to her corner and stood in it.






Of course, Daddy had to get her out of timeout and give her a kiss for being such a good girl (after we told her she can never touch the outlet).

First day of school....

Charlotte started CDO today. She loved it! The pictures were snuck by Mike as we left her. She's never played with playdough, so she was entranced by it.
Starting the 25th, I will start my new part time position with Geist Christian and the children's ministry. The great thing is that although I will be involved with the weekend worship at the North Campus, my office will be at the south campus. That means I'll be onsite when Charlotte is in class.
